My Background
Before launching Compass Consulting, I spent over 15 years in B2B marketing roles across high-growth, high-pressure industries — including digital infrastructure and data centers. I’ve worked closely with revenue leaders, creative teams, and operations pros, which means I understand the realities of growing a business from the inside out.
In 2023, I launched an internal AI literacy program at a global digital transformation consulting firm — helping marketers and business leaders understand how to use generative AI strategically. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my expertise through countless hours of advanced training, certifications, and real-world consulting engagements.
